We aim to have all orders fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated – such as pre-orders). That said, please note that we print upon order, to ensure zero textile waste, and provide you with the freshest new garment possible. Due to this, delays may occur during periods of increased activity.
Orders will be shipped using the best priced and fasted shipping method available. In Canada, this is generally Purolator.
Orders with tracking information will receive the tracking number via email.
Orders containing one or more pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. If you would like something sooner, you need to place two separate orders
The cost of shipping includes shipping and handling – i.e. the cost of the postage, packing materials and time it takes to assemble and ship
If you can’t afford shipping, feel free to contact us to arrange a time to come by and pick your order up in Spryfield, Nova Scotia.
All sales are final. However, if you get something that is broken, defective, not what you ordered, etc – please contact us as soon as possible so we can work that out and make things better.
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays. Messages received outside of this time will be responded to as soon as possible.
